Eligibility is governed by the published rules for this series.

I understand that participation in Priest Bass Fishing (“PBF”) tournaments and related activities is voluntary and involves risks, including hazardous weather and water conditions, boating accidents, drowning, equipment failure, unsafe ramps or docks, delayed emergency response, and the actions or negligence of others. These risks may cause serious injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage.
I voluntarily assume all participation risks, known or unknown, and accept responsibility for my safety, passengers, boat, and equipment.
To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, I release PBF, its owners, directors, staff, volunteers, officials, agents, members, sponsors, vendors, insurers, affiliates, and participating property owners and facility operators from claims arising from my participation, including claims caused by their ordinary negligence. This release excludes gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, and claims that cannot legally be waived.
I agree not to pursue released claims and to hold these parties harmless from third-party claims caused by my unlawful or unsafe conduct, rule violations, or operation of boats, vehicles, trailers, or equipment.
PBF provides no participant insurance. I am responsible for my medical expenses and property.
By signing or electronically accepting, I confirm that I have read and understand this agreement, understand that it affects my legal rights, have had the opportunity to ask questions or seek legal advice, and accept it voluntarily.
